Let's Do Organic® Cornstarch is a wonderful thickening and stabilizing agent, perfect for making gravies, sauces, custards and so much more!
Let's Do Organic Cornstarch has twice the thickening power of flour. When a recipe calls for flour, use half as much cornstarch to thicken your recipe. One tablespoon of cornstarch equals two tablespoons flour. Note: Cornstarch may clump when mixed directly into hot liquids. To avoid clumping, stir cornstarch into an equal amount of cold water to make a slurry, mix it into the liquid you want to thicken and heat as necessary.

Makes about 2 cups.
- 2 cups Milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 3 Tbsp Cocoa powder
- 5 Tbsp Let's Do...Organic® Cornstarch
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Whisk until smooth. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until pudding is very thick. Pour into individual serving dishes and chill before serving.
For variety: Top with sliced bananas, berries, sliced almonds, toasted walnuts or toppings of your choice.
