Live Conscious, Collagen Peptides, Unflavored, 16 oz (454 g)

As a dietary supplement, mix 11 g with 8-12 fl oz of your favorite hot or cold beverage once (1z) daily. For best results, add 11 g of collagen while stirring beverage to prevent clumping.
