quality is great. very fragrant and potent. either i take under tongue (i prefer) then drink water which is very strong tasting but tasty. or dropping in water but has somewhat bitter taste. Effective for Ear ache, stuffy nose, sore throat, when i feel a cough coming or im exposed to flu people or some tummy aches. i take on cold seasons and i reap healthful benefits from it. always keep bottle upright coz it seems like the oil eats on the rubber dropper through time.

It is organic! Easy to dispense with the dropper included. I couldn’t handle putting the drops into water to drink…I recommend getting empty veggie capsules and add the drops to the capsule right before consuming. Also start with only 2 to 3 drops, gradually working up to the 6 drop dosage.

This product is a must have in every household, I use it every time someone in the family feels sick with whatever virus or cold. I start with 4 times a day and gradually get it to 2 times a day when things are getting better. I have also tried it when I had east infection and it gave me same result as drugstore proscribed pills. Also on cold sore it works amazing. The taste can bi a bit harsh for the kids, therefore I have separately ordered empty capsules to make it easier for them, at the same time liquid form is cheaper so I prefer this form. Excellent quality, I am a repeat buyer. It really helps. When I feel a cold is coming, I put a few drops in a cup of water or vegetable juice and it stops the cold developing right way. I also use it on my gums when they are inflamed. I mix it with coconut oil and clove oil and apply it regularly until the inflammation is gone.
