With 30 mg per tab,you can just take 3 tab twice daily or 2 tab trice daily. No bad tastes or burps after taking. Pills are an easy-to-swallow size and small. Seems to be working; I haven't gotten sick since I started taking this a few months ago despite everyone else in my office getting ill. Highly recommended

Not so many andrographis supplements around so this one is a real helper. It has great composition and contains also 90mg of vitamin C and 5mg zinc. Small tablets easy to swallow. Andrographis improves immunity but has anti inflammatory properties too. I will order the bigger package next time as this one contains only 30 tablets.

Andrographis is a close relative of Ehinacea and the immune supporter. I take it alternatively with Ehinacea or with it in winter, adding the Olive leaf extract as well as Vit C. This package is very generous, lasts you a lot, and quite economical. I'd still preper it to be in capsules. Sometimes I use tincture, but it is bitter and mix it with juice. Alll in all it a very good immunity quality supplement with the top notch natural ingredient.

After a relatively short period of time i felt the effects of this in a positive way. I have a great diet but have had liver trouble and it certainly has had me feel positive effects on my liver and feel its stimulating to the immune system. I do recommend this.
