As age is catching up and I am now hitting menopause stage my stomach is always bloated even though I eat little. This enzyme helps me a lot. I usually take after a full meal and it helps to digest and cause me less bloat and slightly flatter tummy. Thankyou Iherb for bringing in such a good enzyme! It’s easy to swallow too!

I don't know what is it in this one, but it is a life-saver, especially during the abroad trips. I am usually using it to regulate my digestion, but once I went for a work trip with a colleague abroad, and she had some problems caused by food there. She took one capsule and was surprised by how it helped her with her stomach discomfort. Packaging is neat and capsules are average size. It doesnt taste or smell anything, but is definitely worth having. Ingredients seem to be good, at least packa says there are no artificial colours and gluten, soy etc.

wife always have issues with digestion, bloating and going to toilet. one week has gone now a d she loves it. she is taking it twice per day before her 2 biggest meal, lunch and dinner. she cannot stop farting. which she usually cannot do. her stomach is not bloated and heavy anymore. at least some results can be seen. she tried so many things before without success.

Quality is awesome. if your age is 50, please take it before each meal. it will help stomach and gut health. if you have a digest problem, please take it. it tastes really good. The enzyme also helps to improve the immune system. It has a lot of benefits. I really like the ingredient.

It helps me with digestion, also I can use it as proteolytic enzymes ( if you take it on empty stomach). It helps against heartburns (and has no adverse effect as anti-heartburn medication has). I take it with food to help to digest it ,or 30min-1 hour before meal if I have cold or my joints hurt. like it if you find my review helpful,please

Personally I think this enzyme composition is fantastic! My homeopathic doc wanted me to take a different brand that he thinks works better for my system, and that's okay... What to do with the reserve...? Give it to my husband, of course! :) He's had much better digestion since he's been taking it, too! How do I know? He says he has less intestinal distress! Brilliant!! I Highly Recommend this product!! p.s. When I run low on my other enzymes, I snag some of these and they do the trick ;) Shh...don't tell Doc!! hahaha :)

Perfect combination for good digestion. Just 1 tablett per day, small and easy to drink. This package will last for 3 or more months, so good economy pack. It’s to early to say about effect, but my stomach accepting it without problem. I will update review in 1-2 months
