I do find some bloating when taking this, but I think its best to treat it like a fiber supplement since the main ingredient - coming from beans - probably is hard to digest. So upping water intake is a good idea (probably helps with diet as well). Hopefully I see some benefits with my carb intake on this.
I have read lots of good things about white kidney bean extract so I decided to give it a try after seeing so many good reviews. I have been using it for a week now and it’s too early to tell if it works or not. But at least I feel less guilty whenever I eat lots of carbs after taking these pill. The size of the capsules are of a good size. Not too big so it’s easy to swallow. I have big horse size pills, so these are perfect for me.
