I liked this gluten free pancake mix but didn't love it. I've tried plenty of gluten free pancake and waffle mixes and this one is pretty good but not the best I've had. The price is great though! It does have an odd after taste at times, like I've seen in some other reviews. But it's not a big deal, especially with butter and syrup or mixed in treats.
Good quality, tastes great, sleek packaging , easy recipe (just add water), serving is enough to do 3 medium sized pancakes for 3-5 times and has sufficient amount of protein to be added in the daily diet, I started to try this brand around 1 month ago and willing to buy it again.
Excellent quality; mixes easily with nice-tasting simple ingredients and good composition and consistency when the recipe is followed and I top the pancakes with fruit or honey. Gluten free leaves me feeling great - full but not bloated. Great part of my daily diet. Easy to open and seal packaging.

good quality and the taste and texture is better than some other protein pancake mixes, but you gotta add more than just water to it, so it is still added work, while other mixes only require you to add water and mix, this one you gotta add milk and egg. but still it taste great. also one serving is enough for a hearty breakfast and the pancakes look quite puffy
Easy to make, quite good quality. No bloating afterwards. But you have to make the mix for 6 pancakes at once if you follow the instructions. However, the nutrition information is based on 3 pancakes. Also, if you expect sweet pancake mix, this is not the one you look for.

These pancakes were yummy, even for my non gluten free kids. It was also a good filler when I was making banana chocolate chip muffins from my gluten free kids.
