The best substitute I have ever tried for keto lasagna! I do recommend to soak it in keto approved milk (I used almond) for 30 min so the taste is not bitter.

ok I gave this a try but I couldn't make it work. Guess being an italian played a role 😆 It's too much insoluble fiber for my brain to thing is remotely pasta. I still prefer konjac if I have to do a lasagna. well, if they will make lasagna with cassava flour I think it would be perfect (I'm on an AIP diet, not in a keto)
