Cheap and easy alternative to chopping your own parsley, which I sometimes run out of at home. I use this as a dry ingredient when making a batch of raw cat food. Tastes like parsley! I used the term sprig because sprig is usually used for parsley. It sounded fun. But yes, as usual, Simply Organic always makes a good, quality pure bottle of herbs. This is my first time trying parsley in this form, and wanted to try it for kidney health. Also trying to use it in cooking for a different flavor in my diet that would work in any recipe.

I always think of growing fresh parley in my kitchen window and sprinkle them on my food just like what I watch from the celebrity chef. that never happens of course.
