I really like these & find them decent to help immunity. They don't have much smell or taste, unlike some beta glucans, and I expect being Solgar they're of superior quality than some other brands. They're also consistently at a good price from iHerb, even with VAT added they often work out cheaper from here than from UK stores.
Solgar Veta Glucans have helped me boost my immunity so much. Prior to using these suplement I would be tired and sleepy all the time but after starting with the supplements I've had the outbursts of energy. I would also highly recommend it to anyone with Cin 1 as it helps fight off the hpv virus that causes it.
