You have to mind the amount of water you add and follow all instructions to a T, including the part where you leave the box open for a minute and then closed for another minute after cooking, otherwise the noodles might be too firm or too soggy.

My favorite of all their flavors and it works great as noodles for stir-fry! Every one of the flavors is delicious! Ready really quick and makes a fast tasty meal. They taste good and they are really easy to make. Perfect for a quick meal.
