Quercetin is an excellent mast cell stabilizer that keeps migraines at bay so I can eat some of my favorite foods. The added bromelain enhances the absorption of quercetin to decrease inflammation including allergic reactions, increase oxygen in tissues and scavenge free radicals. Good quality product that has greatly enhanced my upper respiratory function as well.
I bought this supplement after watching a lot of videos that mentioned Berberine for controlling weight and glucose levels. I've noticed a significant decrease in my food cravings and I feel fuller more quickly. The value of the price for this quantity is great too! I've not noticed any aftertaste after taking this, and I've taken it on an empty stomach with no problems. I am waiting to see long-term results of this supplement, but I believe I will be purchasing this again.

Bought this because the brand I usually use has been out. I have not used it yet so I dont know if it works just as well. It has close to the same amounts as my old brand so I think it should work.
I have been using Quercetin to reduces inflammation that may be causing arthritis and Berberine is good for reducing my blood sugar level. I seems to be helping me in both these areas.
