I have been taking tart cherry supplements for all over inflammatory issues for a long time. I find that the Amazing Nutrition brand to be a great option @ a good price point. I can certainly notice the difference. I take double of the recommended dose which I find works best for me.
Read about drinking tart cherry to stop gout flare-ups. It has one of the higher levels of the concentrate per capsule than many others, and that is a definite plus!
