I am surprised how well it works. I have this awful cough from allergies. Happens every fall. Taking these pills as instructed, did make a difference. It calms the urge to cough day and night, but they do have to be taken every 4 hours. Once we are out of fall allergy season. I should be able to stop taking them. Better than anti-histimines which just make me lethargic.

Boiron recently renamed several formulas, so this was a bit confusing. They used to sell an allergy formula in green packaging (like this one) called RhinAllergy and a sinus pressure formula in orange packaging called Sinusalia (similar in name to this one if you're not reading closely). This one has the same three ingredients as the orange Sinusalia, and I find works better for me when I have a cold with sinus pressure/headaches, not so much allergies, since my allergy symptoms are more "hay fever" type symptoms (sneezing, itching). Long story, but just a heads up. Read the ingredients and what they're for. If you get sinus pressure, this might be worth trying!
