I add this to my lemon water I brew every day. I used to buy cheap honey from local stores as I wasn't familiar with quality of honey. Later I learned that many honey in the market have added syrup or sugar which is not healthy. I trust this Comvita brand based on previous reviews and reputation locally. I can really tell the difference as the taste is very different from other local cheaper options! I usually take a daily dosage of 1 tsp to 1 Tbsp so that I can enjoy the benefit of this honey.

I absolutely love this brand, it's slightly pricier than other brands, but I feel it's worth it, I would also highly recommend checking out their version of (MGO 400+), as The more MGO (concentration of methylglyoxal) the better. according to many doctors I heard from, higher MGO manuka honey helps with reflux symptoms by essentially coating the stomach and the oesophagus and healing the damages in the tissue caused by acid reflux

this is a must in daily food intake.. either put into a bread or directly eat 1tbsp.. the differencee in immune system will take a while but recently we got sick and able to recover faster than expected... love this product.. A sure thumbs up!!!!

Hi quality Manuka honey! You know if it's real because you will feel the benefit after taking a spoonful. I was starting to have a sore throat one morning and I took half a teaspoon dosage of this and I feel better that night. Only ingredient is manuka honey. Very good size for the price.

This manuka honey comes in greatest and generous package/size I have ever encountered for manuka, though it is only UMF 5+ - it lasts muuuuch longer comparing to S-size containers, it has this specific and delicate manuka flavour and taste, creamy texture and health properties. I love honey in general, but this manuka is so good to easily make me drousy - every night I take a few teaspoons with organic chamomile and lavender infused herbal tea - it became my nigthly routine to sleep tightly and make sure it builds stronger immunity as manuka is well-known for. I have got it for the second time at promotional price, though original price still affordable against the smaller packages.

I used manuka honey for 10 years and left it to other cheaper honey brands. I can tell you there is no comparison between the two. Manuka honey especially the UFM is the best and second to none.
