I like this calcium supplement as it is made of eggshell combined with other Chinese herbs and bone broth. It is a food supplement which is more easily absorbed by the body. I feel it helps to warm my stomach as well.

I am allergic to dairy and try to steer clear of synthetic vitamins and minerals due to past issues. These seem like a perfect supplement - wholefood ingredients and containing vit k which is essential for calcium metabolism. My only qualm would be that you have to take quite a lot to reach the RDA, and thus they are expensive.
