My go to vitamin C. Price is a little high so I stock up during sales but there is no point buying cheaper vitamin c that your body can’t absorb. I take this with Glutathione and I have noticed significant lightening and brightening of my skin, showing just how much of a powerhouse antioxidant these are in combination. Lots of brand use cheap plastic bottles but this comes with a tinted glass bottle which is so important for this type of supplement. I can also take this on an empty stomach without an side effects. Very hard to know when a supplement like this is effective. I believe that it is and that this form is the best way to take Vitamin C. I've known about Dr. Mercola for many years now and trust that the products he offers are going to be some of the best so for that reason I'm also willing to spend a little more.

I ordered these vitamins to help my immunity to fight the EBV . I read that liposomal vit c is much better absorbed and is a great antioxidant. I did not have any side effects, no stomach ache or irritation, although I have a high acidity. It is quite pricy but the quality and quantity are good. For me the size of the pills is ok. In general, these vitamins made me feel more energetic, my skin looked much healthier and brighter and I passed the winter without getting sick.

Very Pricy brand but worth it for the large/full variety of supplement especially when you need something that aren't common/general Vitamins and are rarely found in majority brands. The ingredients are with top formula for high potency/quality. Always like dark glass bottle as the best way to minimise plastic/preserve products. Definitely recommend Dr. Mercola.
