I wanted to offer my little one the very best nutrition I possibly could, since my brest milk supply just isn't sufficient and I have no choice but to give him formula. And what i found was that no single formula blend has a spectrum of nutrients that can possibly compare to what real breast milk offers. This bothered me, and I didn't want to have to chose between things like either getting better support for gut/immune health or brain development. I wanted both! But the FDA doesn't consider a lot of nutrients in breast milk to be "vital" for babies health/development so it's up to the formula companies to add or exclude ingredients that I personally believe are still vital for *optimal* development. The formula I chose to go with is one that I feel offers my baby the widest spectrum of nutrients when compared to all the others and I'm fairly satisfied with it, but this supplement tops it off and I feel so much better knowing I'm giving my baby the most well-rounded support I can.

I am also not an infant but bought this as it contains immunoglobulins, 2FL and prebiotics. I usually avoid dairy as it causes acne, but this did not cause any issues for me. Trying to use it for improvement of my gut symptoms. So far so good.

I add this on to formula milk or fresh milk as I find that it provides good immune boosting properties for my daughter , especially now that she has stopped drinking breast milk. It has HMO which can only be found in breast milk.

This is the only item on iHerb that contains 2'fucosyllactose (2'FL) which is one of the few HMOs used as a prebiotic, it is structurally similar to the prebiotic sugar found in mother's milk and boosts Bifidobacteria. I'm not an infant but I've been searching for 2'FL so I thought to give it a try for my gut issues. However, the amount in this product is very low compared to the studies, they used grams not milligrams. It's the same for Bimuno GOS, which is also in the product. It's a great composition but I do not know if the low amounts have noticeable prebiotic effects. The unexpected benefit of it is it makes my skin so soft, my eczema is clearing up. The added ceramide and lactoferrin is good. Again, it's a great composition. It does tend to clump a bit and doesn't dissolve well but it has a delicious milky taste.

I like the brand for probiotics, and I believe the marketing behind it (after reading some research). Just the powder makes lumps (it doesn't dissolve well)

I am mixing it with my newborn's formula and have been happy with it. It keeps the baby regular and helps with digestive colic. I will keep on using it for a while. I believe this will help the baby grows stronger and healthier.

I'm trying this for IBS as an adult. I have less stomach pain now which means lesser headaches anybody pain too.
