tastes terrible must say and the burps come back even after an hour ,but all nasty tasting things do excellent job on the inside too . my severe dry skin problem has become less .tried many brands but this is realy working . alas its extremly costly .waiting for some discounts or coupon codes . sigh .

This is one of the few cod liver oils that come in natural form -- no added vitamin A or vitamin D. (A tiny amount of vitamin E is added as a preservative.) Its flavor is not too fishy. We would definitely buy it again.
