It has two types of collagen in it. It also has protein and calories. The pills are medium to large size. It’s great value and a really cheap iHerb brand so I highly recommend this product! I've done the maths and these ones end up one of the best for value (excluding powder form). Great quality which is important, no point buy a cheaper one that is mostly fillers. Big tablets that won't be easy for every to take, but I find them fine

Great product and came in good packaging. Composition is good and appears to me like it is pure collagen. Cheaper compared to other funky products which add collagen to a bunch of other things. Don't feel much difference after taking it as it has to be over a long period but back and knee pains feels reduced. Skin looks and feels better as well.

I bought this product because it's good quality and it was on sale.. The composition is quite good although it's not a very high potency supplement but it's a good product for its price. It says that you take 3 pills twice a day in an empty stomach and eat after half an hour at least But i only take one or two a day as maximum It been about month now and i see no changes Lets for another one and we will seeee

Excellent value for money and 1g of collagen per tablet. NO added vitamins or other minerals. 62y/o male. Healthy until 60 then I developed both IBS and dry peeling skin patches. Two years test after test showed nothing unusual to my Doctor and was prescribed medication that didn't help. My pharmacist suggested I try collagen supplement. 3 to 5g per day split to take with each meal. IBS all but disappeared within days. Eating broccoli and cabbage again with no ill effect and normal digestion. After six weeks the skin peeling went away and the overall improvement in my skin is remarkable after 3 months. I will take these daily for the rest of my life.
