Like all Larabars, this is delicious. I bought this and two other flavors because my son's favorite flavor, peanut butter-chocolate, has been out of stock for months already. This did not let him down! Highly recommended - healthy, no additives; everything a mom wants for her son and herself :).

Larabars are my favorite energy bar, and the cashew cookie is my favorite flavor of the ones I have tried. I like that this bar only has natural fruit and nut ingredients without additives, so it is much healthier than other energy bars that are available, but the flavor is still delicious and dessert-like. I also like that these bars stay together well and don’t crumble, so they are fast and easy to eat as a meal replacement when I don’t have time to prepare a full breakfast. They are also satisfying enough that I can wait until lunch without feeling too hungry if I eat one of these. I think these have been helpful for my overall health, for my digestion, and for my weight control also. I would highly recommend these.
