I've taken this supplement for over a month for diet purposes after workout. I don't feel much different or see any benefit that was obvious. The size of the pill is okay however you'll need to take 3 tablet which will affect if you are not good at swallowing pills. The pills does not have any weird taste round and orange in color.

Good lecithin! Tastes nothing. They are small and brown, the liquid is in small capsules. Slides down easily with water. Smells a little, but nothing that bothers. Good price! Recommended!

I try it for 2 weeks. At the start will feel the bowel mover very active. After that it been normal to once a day. The pill is big but easy swallow. Have bought 8 more for me and my mum. Hope it help in her fatty livee too. Update: my mum fatty liver gone down by 20% . Good!

Obviously this one will not be good for people who can't tolerate soy. But as a tablet with apple cider vinegar I thought this was pretty good and wasn't overwhelmingly acidic on the stomach and what not. The active ingredients make sense to me but I would caution anyone with thyroid issues not to use this since the kelp, B vitamins, and lecithin might not be advisable depending on your specific condition.
