They were tasty enough. Size wise, I made 12 big one’s instead of 22 small ones and had one for breakfast every morning. The nutritional info on the package doesn’t include the extra ingredients needed to make them, so look out for that. Benefit wise I didn’t notice an increase in milk supply, but I’ve been nursing for 3 months and milk supply hasn’t really been a concern for me.
