It was hard to find a company who uses the sea algae for vitamins and minerals after the company "Wachters" lost their business due to Covid hitting us soo hard. Wachters was one of the oldest copanies around who had organic unadulterated ways to process the sea algaes to give us the BEST nutrition. So imagine my surprise to find Whole Earth and Sea doing the same thing! Thank you, iHerb for distributing this for us!!!

This is a complete multi-vitamin, multi-mineral supplement. It covers all the bases for micro-nutrients. Adding to the quality of the ingredients is a variety of vegetables and whole fruits. One bottle contains 60 tablets, so that is a one-month supply (two tablets a day). For the price, that is a good size bottle of multivitamin tablets.

I received these vitamins quickly and in good package. Capsules inside of the bottle are good quality, but a little bit difficult to swallow. This is first time I purchased this product and most likely will continue to use it in future. Price of these multivitamins is good, considering quality and amount of minerals inside. The recommended daily value for B12 is generally considered to be about 2.4 mcg, so there is something off here, as 400 mcg would represent 166.667% of the recommended daily value.

I love how the ingredients are all natural and from varying sources. I feel more well rounded in my nutrition. One thing I wished it had to make this product perfect would be a coating to make it easier to swallow.
