Overally, it's a great product. The pill size is bigger than another brands of the same league, probably because of the filler; nonetheless, it doesn't cause any stomach discomfort at all. It comes in glycinate form, definitely high bioavailable but beware of the dose. It's so potent that it actually drains me of iron over around 5 months taking it. Consider having routine blood tests done and lesser dose if it's just for maintaining.
