Good for daily calcium intake but it looks like magnesium doesn't work. According to scholar articles, magnesium should help you to relax and sleep, but actualy there is either no relaxation effect or it is weakly noticeable. It also don't reduce the time you fall asleep. Will not buy anymore. I'd better buy calcium and magnesium separately to check their effects.

Good product, it smells nice and not irritating, the capsules are of moderate size but easy to swallow i took 2 every night it help me sleep besauce of the magnesium and i feel that my teeth are getting stronger and don't hurt as usual because of the calcium.
