Now foods is a very cheap brand on iHerb. I buy them a lot. The pills are medium to large size and are quite big in my hand but they are odourless and tasteless and the dosage is one tablet per day. Please like this review if you are interested in me updating 3 months of taking It, will see if my hair grows :)

I take this together with glutathione every morning on empty stomach before breakfast , it must be the combination of the supplements, i had notice smoother skin and stronger hair , skin is more hydrating , i used to experience dry skin very frequently. These tabs are easy to use and to swallow. Most of the people buy them in order to improve the hair thickness and to repair damaged nails.
