I can't complain about the price as this already very cheap. Bought this as recommended by my midwife as it helps in thinning out the fatty substance from my breast milk. I usually have clogged breast from breastfeeding and this helped. I still take it occassionally as this is a neurobooster. Helps me function as I get lack of sleep from taking care of my baby. The only downside from this capsules, though slides down easily, is they are quite huge. My husband tried it but it was too big for him. Best to take after meals, three times daily.

There are not so many lecithins to choose from here but I definitely prefer the sunflower one and in the capsules. I take it constantly and my family does. It helped me with my eczema and was also prescribed by a thyroid specialist to use during pregnancy for the liver detox support. There’s a MUCH MORE expensive substitution in Russia!

Perfect to take every day! I have back injuries in several places. Without these vitamins, I can barely walk at all. A day without and I feel so much worse. I can really recommend these vitamins if you have nerve damage, no matter where you have nerve damage. They help calm the nerves so that it hurts less. You who have or have had nerve damage know how painful it can be. I take 3 capsules every morning. They really work! They do not taste so much but the smell is ok. They are a bit large, but can be swallowed with a lot of fluid.

Lecithin from non-GMO soy beans. It may lower cholesterol, improve heart health, aids breastfeeding mothers, helps improve digestion and liver, may fight dementia symptoms, soothes and moisturizes the skin. The softgels are big but not difficult to swallow. The pot is huge but the dose is 3 softgels a day, so it's 4 months supplier.

Lecithin is fantastic for helping improve milk flow in breastfeeding mothers, and really is a Godsend for those of us who seem to have "sticky" milk and suffer from frequent plugged ducts. Taking it in softgels is infinitely easier than choking down the liquid on it's own! The softgels do have a gross smell, but it's no worse than the liquid, and it's worth it for the effect. About to order another bottle. 10/10 recommend for nursing mums.

ThAnks a lot to the NOW lecithin product because my mother's vertigo has not attacked her again since she started taking this. The quality and packaging is good. The Non GMO ingredient is very healthy and the size and dosage is very much recommended for my mom. This is also affordable and gives lots of benefits!

I started taking Lecithin years ago as I hope to maintain a good cholesterol level. Having tried different brands of Lecithin I think NOW Foods is one of the best brands I have ever had. The size of the capsule is a bit too big but it’s still easy for me to swallow.

I have very good confidence in the NOW supplements that I purchase at iherb. I take the Lecithin daily (1or 2 capsules) and the 400 count bottle usually lasts about seven months. I put a small bottle in the cabinet and store the balance of the big bottle in the refrigerator with the cap on tight. It's a great value!

I did a lot of research and comparison shopping. Most of the lecithin on the market is made from GM-ed soy but this is one of the few brands & formulations that is made from Non-GMO soy so that was a huge selling point for us. We also sometimes use this brand's Lecithin in its powdered form too (the 1lb sunflower version, which we like to add to our morning oatmeal) but if we do that, we won't also ingest the pills. We (my husband and I) are in our late 60s and have found it to be surprisingly effective in helping with the (mild) reduction of cholesterol. We actually didn't know about the neurological benefits until we saw it printed on their new labels. Another bonus is that the gel capsules do not irritate my highly sensitive stomach so I'm able to ingest these just fine (as long as I take it with food). Overall, very satisfied with the product, especially considering the affordable price point too. Would definitely recommend!
