I don't feel any change Yet beside the die off symptoms ( soar throat ) but i'm afraid of the side effects of the oregano oil for the long terms use cause i heard that i have to take this at least 1month and ideally 90 days to see a result and to compleate the candida life cycle . The capsules are Big and has oregano smell

This really helps with yeast overgrowth. My ND has me take 2-3 pills 3x a day for a serious bout. It works. But if I take it regularly and keep my sugars low, that works as well.
