This works if you take with meals containing dairy. But do take another one if you're still having dairy after 30 minutes from the first pill.

I also tried lactase digest capsules from Natural way brand, but this one is more powerful and works better. I don't feel any stomach ace and any digestive system troubles after I use this capsules👍 I bought the second package and will buy more

As one of several lactose-intolerant family members, lactase supplements are in every bag, pocket, and of course, in the medicine cabinet. The Source Naturals Lactase Digest works well. None of us who use it have experienced any symptoms that normally come after ingesting lactose. The only downsides are - as clearly specified in the product description - is that they are in capsule form. You can't just pop it in your mouth on the go (say, if you're about to eat an ice cream) without needing a drink to swallow them. It's not a form I'd advise for children. They are also impractical to bring along when leaving the house because the container is so bulky. The upside is the price. Lactase supplements tend to be pricey, something this isn't. Good value for your money.

I recently purchased this when my usual go-to brand was sold out. The capsules are slightly smaller than what I'm used to, and it's easy to swallow. I usually take 2-3 capsules when I eat dairy products. So far so good.
