I have just started on this product and am finding them gentle and helpful and a benefit for regularity. The tablets are a very small size which is great and the dosage is only 1 tablet as against others which are multiple tablets. The taste well it isn't too bad as is a tablet, but as with most laxatives they aren't the prettiest smelling thing. Very happy with the quality of this product so far.

Works as described I have found it very helpful,but neede to be careful not to take too much as it can speed up the large intestine

The product takes about 24 hours to really do its job, but it creates a few hours of discomfort which is not ideal. Good value and works, so I guess I can;t really complain.

Hard to find a laxative that works well but doesn’t cause horrible cramping for me. This works only a bit, but has no cramping. I’ve spent a lot of time looking for the right combination, so just because it’s not super helpful for me doesnt mean it wont be for you. It contains Cape Aloe which usually it what causes cramping ,but also is very effective.

Works after about a day, but the toilet must be close! ;)

Take night before and you need to go next day. Quite effective No bad aftertaste noticed. Small and simple to swallow.
